All products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method, and include both production and delivery time. A tracking number will be provided when available. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high demand, holidays, or customs processing.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost. Items must be unused and in original condition.
